What’s been happening:

I came from a rural conservative hometown. Through the eye opening experience of connecting with students, faculty, staff and townsfolk from varied continents, cultures and ethnicities, I now live in Lawrence, KS (also known as a bastion of diversity, where alternative/progressive ideas flow freely and vegetarianism, yoga and meditation are viewed as normal life choices). Thanks to the springboard of PSU Study Abroad in Strasbourg, France, I have traveled extensively and enjoyed making a residence over the years in three different time zones of this great land of ours. Huge appreciation goes to Free University which offered Holistic Health taught by Robert Fochler which opened my eyes to so much which affected my Life, Health and overall Well-Being. Without this, I never could have evolved to who I am today. Namaste.
